Refund Policy

1. All fees payable hereunder are refundable providing notice is provided prior to drafting commencing.

1.2 Drafting will be taken to have commenced once your consultation has been completed (after payment has been received).

1.3 After 120 days has elapsed, there shall be no right to cancel or request a cash refund for any undelivered order unless Trademarkwork's is at fault.

1.4 Delivered orders shall be governed by our Guarantee policy. Both parties acknowledge that Trademarkwork's is out of pocket time and money for undertaking the work and both parties fully intend to complete the order.

1.5 Abandoned orders will result in liquidated damages equal to the amount paid to Trademarkwork's for reimbursement of our commitment to service this order.

1.7. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you will immediately cease use of this site.
